HTTPS activated

Since today the eMax-Tuning – website is certified, secured and could get accessed via HTTPS protocol. So there should be no more browser warning “not secure”.

current possibilities with our programs and apps

All our programs and apps currently are tested thoroughly with STEP8000 systems. Please do not use them with any other system!

motor firmware 4.5.1 – 4.7.1: you could use miniMax or eMaxMobileApp to switch to the US version to increase max. motor support speed (20mph / 32km/h) with correct values on the bike display

motor firmware 4.5.1 – 4.7.1: you could use miniMax or eMaxMobileApp to modify the wheel circumference to increase max. motor support speed (results in non – correct values for speed and distance on the bike display)

motor firmware 4.3.4 – 4.4.5: you could use eMax or eMaxMobileApp to modify the wheel circumference to increase max. motor support speed (results in non – correct values for speed and distance on the bike display)

motor firmware 4.2.7 – 4.3.2: you could use eMax or eMaxMobileApp to modify individually the Eco, Trail and Boost mode to increase max. motor support speed up to 60km/h with correct values on the bike display

Welcome to the new eMax website, which we finally have launched today;-)

The site is still preliminary and under construction!

with the new eMaxMobileApp version 1.22 it is now possible to indicate battery parameters

The new version 1.22 of our Bluetooth smartphone app eMaxMobileApp for Android and iOS is capable to modify also the latest motor firmware 4.7.1.
eMaxMobileApp 1.22 supports all Bluetooth capable display types of the STEPS8xxx series (SCE8000, SCE7000, SCE6100 & EW-EN100).
